About this plugin

Summary Sprint is a user-friendly FigJam plugin designed to streamline your sprint planning and tracking—all within your favorite collaborative space. Instantly generate a clear overview of planned, completed, and unfinished tasks, visualized as color-coded cards for quick understanding. Choose the estimation method that best fits your team, from Fibonacci points to hours or any numeric values, ensuring a perfect match for your workflow.

How it Works:

Set Up Your Board:

  1. Add sticky notes (STICKY) with tasks and assign effort values.
  2. Group tasks and place them inside a Section.

Run the Plugin:

  1. Generate the Summary Sprint to view your sprint progress in real-time.
  2. Planned, done, and incomplete tasks are presented in distinct color-coded cards.

Track and Iterate:

  1. Review unplanned work and incomplete tasks to improve future sprints.
  2. Add neutral Notes cards for ideas, dependencies, or clarifications without affecting metrics.

Update 30.12.2025:

Improved the way ad hoc (mid-sprint) items are counted and displayed. Any effort added during the sprint is now shown in parentheses and marked with a red indicator next to the sticky note, making it clear these points were added outside the original sprint plan and are tracked separately from planned scope.
