Prompt Annotations
When vibe coding, your prompts are artifacts too.

About this plugin
Every time a designer finishes a vibe coding session and moves the work into Figma, the same thing happens. The design makes it. The reasoning doesn't.The prompts that shaped the UI, the constraints given to the AI, the decisions made along the way — gone when the tab closes. What lands on the canvas is an artifact without a memory. Nobody else on the team knows what was asked, what was tried, or what got left out.Prompt Annotations fixes that. It takes your chat transcript from Cursor, V0, Bolt, Lovable, Claude.ai, or terminal output, parses out the meaningful back and forth, and places a structured annotation frame right next to your design in the Figma file.Designers understand decisions made in previous sessions. Engineers see the intent behind the UI, not just the spec. Product can review what was asked of the AI, not just what came out.The annotation includes a session title, an AI-generated summary of what was built, the full parsed transcript, and a timestamp with the source tool. An API key for Claude or ChatGPT is optional — the plugin works without one.Your prompts are artifacts. This is where they live.
