【Introduction】AI Design Spec Exporter turns the design assets in your Figma file into a structured DESIGN.md file. It helps Skills, Stitch, Codex, and other AI tools understand your design system and generate UI with consistent colors, typography, radius, spacing, shadows, and component rules.【Function Description】Scans local variables, color styles, text styles, effect styles, and components in the current Figma file.Extracts design patterns such as colors, corner radius, spacing, and shadows from page layers.Displays all exportable assets in a tree list, selected by default, with support for category-level and item-level deselection.Exports a DESIGN.md file with YAML design tokens and human-readable design guidance.Supports multilingual UI and RTL layout adaptation.【How to Use】Open the Figma file you want to export.Run the plugin and click “Scan file design assets.”Review the tree list and deselect anything you do not want to export.Click “Export DESIGN.md.”Use the generated DESIGN.md with Skills, Stitch, Codex, or other AI design-to-code workflows.【Notes】The plugin prioritizes local variables and styles, and also infers design properties from page layers.Large files may take longer to scan.Output quality depends on how well your design assets are named and organized.DESIGN.md is designed to provide design-system context for AI tools.
